The types of non-personal data The Game may collect and use include, but are not limited to: (i) mobile device type and device properties; (ii) mobile device software platform and firmware; (iii) mobile phone carrier; (iv) geographical data no more accurate that metropolitan areas; (v) gamescore and achievements; (vi) other non-personal data as reasonably required by The Company to enhance its services.

The Company may use the collected data for purposes of analyzing usage of The Game, managing and providing The Game and to further develop The Company services and products. The Company reserves the right to use and disclose the collected non-personal data for purposes of advertisement by The Company or The Company partners.

Data Retention:

The Company retains the information collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy for 12 months. Thereafter if the collected information if no longer needed for purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, the Company shall delete all aforementioned information in its possession.

Third Party Terms and Conditions:

Please note that your access to and the ability to play The Game may be subject to certain third party terms and conditions and privacy policies, including but not limited to application stores, mobile software platforms, on-line gaming platforms and payment providers. You recognize and agree that the Company is not liable for any such third party terms and conditions and their use of your personal data.
